  • 당사에서는 아래와 같이 제작 방법 및 분리제의 기반 물질과 작용기에 따라 판매하는 키랄 컬럼을 분류합니다.

  • 사용하는 분리제의 종류에 따라 잘 분리하는 키랄 화합물의 종류가 다르고, 같은 물질이라도 분리능이 다르며, 특정 컬럼으로 분리할 수 없는 물질을 다른 컬럼으로 분리할 가능성이 있습니다.

  • 키랄 분리제를 실리카겔에 코팅하여 도입
  • 대체로 분리능이 높으나 사용 용매 제한이 있음
고정상 컬럼 (Immobilized column)
  • 키랄 분리제를 화학적으로 결합하여 안정화시켜 도입
  • 분리능이 다소 낮은 대신 용매 제한이 없음
